These Terms of Use govern your use of the MoFit mobile application and website, provided by Morr Digital. By using MoFit, you agree to these terms.

Fitness and medical disclaimer

MoFit provides workout organization, timing, tracking, and general exercise-reference tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized professional coaching. Exercise involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, or other health concern.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms. You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, resistance, intensity, equipment, and surroundings.

Acceptable use

You may use MoFit for lawful personal purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, or use its content to violate another person's rights.

Your information

You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining access to your device. Local data may be lost if the app is removed, the device fails, or operating-system backup is unavailable. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

MoFit, its branding, software, interface, and supplied content are owned by Morr Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoFit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Morr Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injury, data loss, lost profits, or interruption arising from use of MoFit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Morr Digital is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
